Skip to contentWeight management is a comprehensive approach to achieving and maintaining a healthy goal weight. Sometimes it refers to weight loss, but not always. Individuals may join a weight management program to lose weight, gain weight or muscle mass, manage health conditions such as type 2 diabetes, and maintain their goal weight. Weight management programs use personalized nutrition, physical activity, behavioral changes, and sometimes medical interventions such as GPL-1 injections.
At Harper Clinic, our medically supervised weight management program addresses individual health needs to help improve energy, sleep, manage blood sugar, joint health, and reduce the risk of chronic disease. Weight management programs can also be used as part of eating disorder treatment to help patients develop healthy eating habits, improve body image, and address nutritional imbalances.
What a great experience. Our household has been super sick and most of us haven’t been able to keep fluids down. This is exactly what we needed to get strength and energy back. Annie was so good at the poke that we barely felt it.
Emily is my girlllll. They all slay so hard, and my mom and I both noticed a difference in my OCD. They also remap you if you don’t notice a difference after a few weeks, which is super nice.
